The Ministers of Finance of Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia have signed the HoAI Joint Ministerial Declaration on Trade Facilitation. The HoAI Trade Facilitation was endorsed in June 2022 and will soon be followed by the expected preparation and launch of projects to promote convergence in trade, transport and customs policies in the Horn of Africa region.
